Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that process personal data on behalf of Unidata Labs, Inc. (doing business as Overheard) to provide our service. Each acts under a written contract, only on our instructions, and only as needed to provide the service. We do not permit them to use the data for their own purposes, and we do not allow advertising use.

Where data is processed

We are based in the United States and process data there. Where data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where applicable).

Changes and notice

We may add or replace sub-processors as our service evolves. We will update this page and, for customers under a data processing agreement, provide notice of additions or replacements with a reasonable opportunity to object, as set out in that agreement.
